{"id":22453,"date":"2026-02-22T23:12:49","date_gmt":"2026-02-22T22:12:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vegaconsultants.no\/jobbsoker\/ledige-stillinger\/commissioning-system-responsible-process-3004587\/"},"modified":"2026-02-22T23:12:49","modified_gmt":"2026-02-22T22:12:49","slug":"commissioning-system-responsible-process-3004587","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/vegaconsultants.no\/en\/jobbsoker\/ledige-stillinger\/commissioning-system-responsible-process-3004587\/","title":{"rendered":"Commissioning System Responsible Process"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class='vacancy-detail'>\n<div class='bold'>Vega Consultants AS<\/div>\n<div class='bold'>Commissioning System Responsible Process<\/div>\n<div class='vacancy-body'>\n<h3>General Job Description:<\/h3>\n<p>The Commissioning System Responsible Process is responsible for planning, managing and engaging completion and Commissioning activities related to the respective process systems on the platform.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Position Purpose<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Front role in and implementing the commissioning certification and handover process according to Project Completion Strategy for relevant systems.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient handover of relevant systems to the Asset Operations team upon completion of commissioning activities.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure end to end ownership for relevant Process systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Overall responsible for all Completion and Commissioning activities related to relevant Process systems, providing supervision, direction, and guidance with regards to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Execution of Commissioning activities assigned by the Commissioning Discipline Lead<\/li>\n<li>Verify Construction Field installations are according to design\/ISO\/P&amp;ID&#039;s<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge\/knowledge of reading\/understanding P&amp;ID&#039;s and ISO&#039;s&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Participate in check-out, verification (Walk Down\/Yellow line) according to the RFCC Hand-Over Process<\/li>\n<li>Plan and facilitate check-out\/execution of static commissioning<\/li>\n<li>Plan and facilitate Dynamic Commissioning activities<\/li>\n<li>Coordination and stakeholder management towards relevant disciplines in Commissioning execution, as well as Pre-Operation department<\/li>\n<li>Participate and contribute in meetings for planning Commissioning activities<\/li>\n<li>According to good Alliance practice, ensure good communication between operation, maintenance, contractors, and suppliers<\/li>\n<li>Daily reporting to the Commissioning Discipline Lead regarding ongoing Commissioning activities<\/li>\n<li>Updates of Master Dossier for P&amp;ID Red-line Mark-up, Valve and Blinding list according to System Lead&#039;s instructions<\/li>\n<li>Ensure collection of documentation related to RFOC Hand-over<\/li>\n<li>Contribute and advice related to Process input to overall Completion strategy and planning<\/li>\n<li>Manage related ATS and other resources providing services and supplying materials or equipment for Process Systems Commissioning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Provide guidance and direction to the Process Commissioning Team, contributing in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Witness contractor\/supplier tests as necessary (FAT\/SAT)<\/li>\n<li>Develop and review relevant commissioning procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Implement the commissioning scope.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to a smooth transition from Project to Operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Qualification requirements<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>BSc.
