The position will be reporting to Subsea Construction Manager. The role will need to be sporadically present at project\/operations storage locations, such as \u00c5gotnes, for close follow-up of equipment together with Contractor.  <\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Purpose of Position: <\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure custody and control of subsea equipment throughout the project phase and until final handover to Asset\/DG4.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Roles &amp; Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop strategy and adhere to the clients&#039; subsea material handling procedures<\/li>\n<li>Manage and act as focal point of contact for processes related to material logistics, handling and preservation within the project<\/li>\n<li>Ensure equipment is handed over to operations \/ SCM from project in a controlled manner<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for logistics of company owned equipment post handover (efficient delivery, transport and receipt)<\/li>\n<li>Follow-up EWC (Equipment to Warehouse) completion process<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate regular \u201cCPI meetings\u201d within SSA and towards other affected stakeholders (topside\/D&amp;W)<\/li>\n<li>Follow-up SPIR process<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for correct registration of spare equipment and tools in relevant systems and applications<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that storage strategy and locations for spare equipment and tools are optimal for Project and Operations, including transition between supplier and company sites where relevant<\/li>\n<li>Site follow-up to ensure that storage and maintenance are performed according to agreed requirements<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for follow-up of process related to equipment mobilized to offshore sites (SAP Z-015 and planning in PIMS)<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for follow-up of Contractor at storage site to ensure maintenance and preservation programs are adhered to in a systematic manner<\/li>\n<li>Proactive participation in relevant forums, identify gaps and improvements related to material handling processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Technical and Education: <\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with subsea project field development and equipment from operator<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge related to storage, preservation and material handling processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Personal skills:   <\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong HSE focus, and use of SAFER in daily work<\/li>\n<li>Collaborative, pro-active and solution oriented<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills, structured way of working<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>For more information about this role, please contact Grethe Borg 905 21 929<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class='vega-button'><span><a href='https:\/\/secure.webtemp.no\/WebtempCVPortal\/startsession.aspx?page=stillingsingle&amp;k=169&amp;id_utleie=3004593'>More info\/search here<\/a><\/span><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<hr>\n<div>\n<h4>REFNR<\/h4>\n<p>403437<\/p><\/div>\n<div>\n<h4>POSITION TYPE<\/h4>\n<p>Full-time<br \/>Temporary position\/engagement<\/div>\n<div>\n<h4>APPLICATION DEADLINE<\/h4>\n<p>23.02.2026<\/p><\/div>\n<div class='vacancy-consultant'>\n<h4>CONTACT PERSON(S)<\/h4>\n<div>Grethe Borg<\/div>\n<div>90 52 19 29<\/div>\n<div>grethe.borg@vegaconsultants.no<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vega Consultants AS Material Master Coordinator Description of Position: Logistics\/Material Coordinator will be working in between SSA project disciplines, Supply Chain Management, Contractor SLS\/Aftermarked and Subsea Operations, with the purpose of coordinate and manage material handling and preservation process and adherence and development of the clients SCM subsea plans and procedures.
