{"id":22579,"date":"2026-05-06T14:12:20","date_gmt":"2026-05-06T12:12:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vegaconsultants.no\/jobbsoker\/ledige-stillinger\/hms-3004629\/"},"modified":"2026-05-06T14:12:20","modified_gmt":"2026-05-06T12:12:20","slug":"hms-3004629","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/vegaconsultants.no\/en\/jobbsoker\/ledige-stillinger\/hms-3004629\/","title":{"rendered":"Hms"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class='vacancy-detail'>\n<div class='bold'>Vega Consultants AS<\/div>\n<div class='bold'>Hms<\/div>\n<div class='vacancy-body'>\n<h3><strong>Description about tasks and responsibilities <\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Main point of contact in for notification of emergency situations\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Acting on all reports of serious incidents and situations requiring emergency response support, ensuring further notification in accordance with established plans.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Providing remote support to employees during business travel, following-up Journey Management Plans (JMP) and Travel Communication Plans\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Conducting real-time threat monitoring from open sources and initiating actions as needed\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Receive and act on reports of serious incidents, including further notification and mobilization of client`s emergency response organization\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Collect, analyze, and disseminate data from open-source information systems to support stakeholders understand and mitigate threats and risks.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Transform collected data into written and actionable reports.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Maintain situational awareness of the global threat landscape and proactively inform stakeholders in a timely manner about identified threats.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Stay updated and seek information on the evolving threat picture.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Support POB count during incidents and business travel in high threat countries\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with client`s emergency organization by monitoring, responding and executing tasks in Client`s corporate crisis management tool\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Conduct notification and mass communication to employees in case of serious incidents\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Notify and collaborate with the Petroleum Industry Security Alert System (PISAS) when required\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Competence Requirements <\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree level education preferred &#8211; preferably in risk management or a security related discipline\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Experience from relevant positions within operations, security, emergency response, and\/or military (OSINT)\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Have good understanding of security and emergency preparedness\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Adequate IT and digital skills\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Prior knowledge of CIM (Crisis Management tool) is considered an advantage\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in Norwegian and English, written and oral, is essential\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Client`s national and international role and presence is considered an advantage\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Team player, however able to operate individually\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Problem solving skills and creativity\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Ability to handle stress in demanding emergency situations\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Proactive and pragmatic;
