You will work in a multidisciplinary project team with interfaces with construction, commissioning, procurement, operation, project control etc. You will be responsible for the planning function within the sub project or at contract level in the project, as well as for the Construction planning function.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Tasks and deliveries\u00a0<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure the quality of Contract Master Schedule (CMS), Contractor Detail Schedule(CDS) and Contract Detailed Work Element Schedules (CDWES)\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Follow up of the contract during the contract period, and attend monthly meetings\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Progress control including float, efficiency, productivity measurement, trend, and analysis for the contract.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Establish and weekly update of KPI dashboard for critical areas.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Together with Commissioning planner optimize schedule interface between Construction and Commissioning\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Together with Contractor and Company construction team give input Operation plan and WO plan.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on site role with close day-to-day follow-up of contractor planning activities and construction execution at site.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Ensure input to monthly report preparation\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Ensure contract administration related to schedules\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Ensure risk management of the contract associated with Project Planning\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Support Planner Lead and Project Control Manager in preparation of updated plans when Project baseline updates\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Contributing to cross-functional collaboration and coordinated and good working processes within the project, operations and with the contractor\u2019s planning functions and other relevant functions\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>The Planner shall be proactive and ensure that the sub project or Contractor has sufficient planning systems and procedures that ensure consistent planning in accordance with governing documents.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 10 years as planner in oil &amp; gas brownfield projects within operated plants, including SIMOPS and shutdown\/turnaround execution.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Multi-discipline constructability skills and experience\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Skills within Safran Project or similar tools\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Team player, good communication and reporting skills\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate in Norwegian is preferred\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Relevant bachelor&#039;s or master&#039;s degree is preferred, but relevant experience may compensate for formal qualifications\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Contract period: 31.03.2026(after agreement) &#8211; 29.06.2027<\/p>\n<p>Work location: Minimum 4 days\/week in Hammerfest\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Please contact Kjersti Jonker, +47 97704446, kjersti.jonker@vegaconsultants.no, for more information about this role.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class='vega-button'><span><a href='https:\/\/secure.webtemp.no\/WebtempCVPortal\/startsession.aspx?page=stillingsingle&amp;k=169&amp;id_utleie=3004640'>More info\/search here<\/a><\/span><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<hr>\n<div>\n<h4>REFNR<\/h4>\n<p>403479<\/p><\/div>\n<div>\n<h4>POSITION TYPE<\/h4>\n<p>Full-time<br \/>Temporary position\/engagement<\/div>\n<div>\n<h4>APPLICATION DEADLINE<\/h4>\n<p>13.04.2026<\/p><\/div>\n<div class='vacancy-consultant'>\n<h4>CONTACT PERSON(S)<\/h4>\n<div>Kjersti Jonker<\/div>\n<div>97 70 44 46<\/div>\n<div>kjersti.jonker@vegaconsultants.no<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vega Consultants AS Construction\/Site Planner We are currently looking for a Construction\/Site planner.
