As a consultant, you will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure stable operations, efficient service delivery, and continuous improvement of business-critical systems.<\/p>\n<p>The role involves contributing to both day-to-day operations and ongoing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business needs and the overall system landscape. The consultant is expected to take a proactive approach, collaborate effectively with stakeholders, and support governance and change processes.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Main tasks:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the lifecycle of SAP applications, including maintenance, enhancements, and upgrades.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and coordinate application-related activities and ensure effective prioritization of tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define and implement solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Support delivery of initiatives and ensure alignment with agreed scope and timelines.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to operational support, including coordination of incidents, service requests, and follow-up activities.<\/li>\n<li>Support in maintaining roles and authorizations, ensuring appropriate access management and compliance with security requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in and support structured change governance processes, ensuring that changes are prepared, reviewed, and communicated effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure clear communication of system changes, releases, and updates to relevant stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain visibility of activities, dependencies, and risks across the application landscape.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Relevant higher education within IT, business, or similar. Relevant experience may compensate for formal education.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience with SAP application management and understanding of key SAP modules.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of IT landscapes, including system integrations, dependencies, and end-to-end processes.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to navigate complex system environments and understand how applications interact across the IT landscape.<\/li>\n<li>Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in complex environments with multiple stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with SAP S\/4HANA is an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills in English and preferably Norwegian.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Contract period: 07.09.2026 (after agreement)-31.12.2027<\/p>\n<p>Work location: Stavanger, Oslo or Trondheim<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Could this be your next challenge?
