The role involves system ownership throughout the entire lifecycle, with a focus on safety, technical barriers, regularity, energy efficiency and continuous improvement.<\/p>\n<p>The position is primarily located onshore, but occasional offshore visits must be expected as part of the follow-up of facilities and activities.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Job duties:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Own and follow up on the technical integrity, function and documentation of HVAC systems.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with technical requirements, Performance Standards and barrier management.<\/li>\n<li>Establish and optimize maintenance and inspection programs based on risk, condition and reliability.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze errors and operational challenges and identify improvement measures.<\/li>\n<li>Provide professional support for operations, maintenance and modifications.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct technical assessments, risk assessments and life cycle analyses.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on energy efficiency and contribute to the safe and robust operation of HVAC systems.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal requirements and best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Qualifications:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Higher technical education.<\/li>\n<li>Relevant experience with HVAC systems within offshore, energy, process or other industrial operations.<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of technical integrity, maintenance strategies, risk management and technical barriers.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with operation, maintenance, modifications or technical support for facilities and installations.<\/li>\n<li>Good analytical skills and ability to translate technical challenges into robust and practical solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Good collaboration skills and ability to work independently.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of SAP and use of maintenance systems.<\/li>\n<li>Structured and proactive.<\/li>\n<li>Strong systems understanding and implementation ability.<\/li>\n<li>Solution-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to build good relationships across disciplines and the organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Contract period: 02.11.2026(by agreement) \u2013 31.12.2027\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Work location: Stavanger, occasional offshore<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Could this be an interesting opportunity for you?
