Assistant Personnel Coordinator, Operation Support

Reports to: Senior Manager OS

Roles/responsibility:

This role contains, but not limited to the following:

• Assist recruitment, coordination and follow-up of personnel within own specialist area/trade 

• Assist keeping up-to-date for own specialist area/trade in the recruitment system

• Assist in keeping up to date on relevant tariff areas

• Assist in keeping track of working hours status for own personnel 

• Work in accordance with the company’s relevant procedures and standard

• Assist in keeping track of working hours status for own personnel 

• Strive to achieve the best possible trust between co-worker, customers, suppliers and business associates
