Senior LCI Professional


On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Senior LCI Professional to assist in a large development project in the oil and gas industry.  

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for establishing effective LCI work processes in the project
  • Follow up status and deliveries to ensure that LCI is delivered in accordance with Contract requirements on time
  • Coordinate Company project review and verification of LCI certificates e.g. inspection of equipment packages, commissioning packages and final LCI handover to Operations
  • Perform Quality Assurance (QA) / Quality Check (QC) of LCI delivery and progress reporting
  • Conduct internal and external LCI clarifications, ensure alignment and conduct status meetings
  • Be a part of the Technical/System Integration team, have a close cooperation with discipline leads and ensure that necessary and relevant LCI data and documentation is available for maintenance and commissioning activities
  • Follow up LCI-related risks lifted in the project and contribute to mitigating actions
  • Arrange and/or perform training sessions for internal and external project personnel regarding LCI requirements and LCI systems to ensure common understanding
  • Ensure experience transfer and lessons learned from projects to Company LCI department for continuous improvement and project excellence
  • Prepare for and take part in final project evaluations

Required experience:

  • Previous experience with LCI (minimum 5 years) in the oil and gas industry is a requirement. Candidates without this experience will not be evaluated.
  • Good understanding of LCI related processes, requirements and systems 
  • Extensive experience with LCI and engineering systems (Aveva or similar)
  • Experience with PIMS CMS is advantageous.
  • Extensive experience and understanding of LCI information/data (management, use and needs) 
  • Experience with dataflows, databases and SQL
  • Fluent English is required, fluent Norwegian is an advantage
