We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our client’s team as a Waste Management Coordinator (Onshore). As Waste Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating activities related to managing waste, collaborating closely with the customer and ensuring efficient operations.
As Waste Management Coordinator, you will contribute to our client’s mission of achieving efficient waste management practices and promoting environmental sustainability.
Responsibilities may include:
- Serve as the primary point of contact and coordinator for waste management projects, both internally and with the customer.
- Collaborate closely with the customer to understand their requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Oversee and manage day-to-day tasks and activities, ensuring adherence to waste management protocols and procedures.
- Coordinate logistics for waste disposal, including transportation, scheduling, and documentation.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess waste management processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze project data and prepare reports, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.
Ideally, you will have the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in waste management coordination, preferably in an onshore environment.
- Strong knowledge of waste management regulations, guidelines, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in project management principles and tools.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and reporting.
- Familiarity with logistics and order management processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
