Introduction
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Senior Improvement & Performance Professional for their SCM & Logistics department.
Here you will work with portfolio management of the SCM&Log Improvement Portfolio with a focus on value/benefit realisation.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Driving delivery of the overall improvement portfolio – ensuring progress according to plan and the early escalation of issues
- Ensure our prioritised improvements have a clear business case and the document benefits/value delivered by these improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate and prioritisation of new initiative proposals – adapt the portfolio in response to changes in business environment, market conditions or strategic priorities
- Integration and alignment of initiatives that impact, or are impacted by, initiatives outside of SCM&Log
- Stakeholder engagement – communication of portfolio progress, risks, outcomes
- Project management and hands-on delivery of individual SCM&Log initiatives – from scoping to successful implementation and value outtake
- Align with and support improvements initiated outside of SCM&Log – ensuring integration where needed.
Desired qualifications
Experience from a similar role in the oil and gas sector is a requirement. In addition, ideally you will also have:
- Relevant higher education in for example Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management/Logistics, etc.
- Experience leading improvement and performance management activities in a large organisation.
- Extensive experience with stakeholder management.
- Experience conducting market research and risk analysis, adjusting performance objectives accordingly.
- Fluent English is a requirement, fluent Norwegian is advantegous.
- Candidates must be eligble for work in Norway.
