Ressurskoordinator

• Title: Resource Coordinator
• Location: Stavanger
• Duration: 1 year, with possibilities for extension

Introduction

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Resource Coordinator to assist in busy periods, across projects. 

Responsibilities

• Resource planning and coordination – both external and internal resources
• Hiring of resources through our agencies – mainly in the blue-collar sector
• Close cooperation with base management and project organization in matters of resource needs.
• Ensure that project resources are mobilized and demobilized in accordance with internal procedures and project plan with a combined focus on quality, time and cost.
• Advise management and project organization regarding hire of contractors and resource planning
• Cooperate and advise with our personnel suppliers in matters of resource needs.
• Follow-up of competence requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or equivalent. Relevant experience can compensate for a lack of formal education
• 2-4 years’ relevant experience from project driven organization
• Experience with relevant systems within resource management and manpower booking.
• Good knowledge of applicable collective bargaining agreements, laws and working time agreements.
• Good IT understanding. Experience with relevant systems and Microsoft Office 365, OCS, IFS
• Fluent Norwegian is required. Fluent English is an advantage. 
• You’ll do well in this position if you like juggling several tasks and priorities at once, are able to meet deadlines, and are systematic.
