What is the difference between
recruitment and staffing?
Recruitment involves finding a person to become a permanent employee in your company. You then become the candidate's employer and have the responsibilities this entails.
With temporary staffing, the candidate is employed by us while they perform the job at your company. We then become the employer. You tell us what you need, and we present several qualified candidates for you to interview. We hire, and you pay based on their approved timesheet.

Our process
Job posting: We help you create a job description and job posting and post this on our own website, social media channels, and Finn.no.
Applicants: We handle applications as we receive them, and complete the first screening on your behalf. Here you can decide how involved you would like to be; if you would like to see all applicants, or only those we consider to be relevant.
Interview: We complete the first round of interviews alone or in collaboration with you to find out if the candidate is qualified for the job and if they are a good fit for your company. The second round of interviews is done at your premises, so you can meet all the candidates in person.
Personality test: We are certified in two personality tests: AON Assessment (formerly known as CUTE) and NEO (also known as the "Big 5"). If you want to delve into the candidate's personality or test for certain characteristics, this is a great solution. We create the test and send it to the candidate, and discuss the results with you and the candidate in person.
Reference check: We complete a thorough reference check after the interview, so you can be sure when you are choosing your new employee.
