Principal Engineer Operations and Maintenance

Period: 11.11.2024 – 31.12.2026

Work Location: Asker

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in creating maintenance plans and spare parts lists
• Assist in composing Operation and Maintenance Manuals
• Develop, review and maintain troubleshooting guides / FMECA's
• Work closely with RAM Engineer to develop FMECA's and provide input for RAM (Reliability, Availability and Maintainability) Report
• Contribute to Area & Layout, Engineering for Procurement and Systems Design for a practical understanding of the equipment maintenance needs, accessibility, etc.
• Review and comment on suppliers' and internal technical documentation so as to ensure high quality

Qualifications

• BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering (preferable). Education on other engineering disciplines can also be considered.
• 10+ years' experience on supervising, planning or executing maintenance work in offshore installations
• Bachelor's degree in electrical or automation engineering is an advantage
• Extended experience may compensate for lack of formal education
• Experience from offshore projects is an advantage
• Strong competence within maintenance
