Project leader – Studies Modification Projects

Duration: 30.09.2024 – 29.09.2025

Location: Bergen

Tasks

• Work as a Project Leader within study phase (front end loading) of modification projects on topside facilities. 
• You will be responsible for leading project teams and suppliers towards delivering on targets. 
• As a Project Leader within Modifications you have an impact on safety, results, focus and behavior – you are a role model for our values. 
• Always putting safety and security of our people first. 
• Understanding risk and acting with integrity and high ethical standards in everything you do. 

Qualifications

• Relevant competencies and experiences from project leadership. Strong collaboration skills and focus on leadership 
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to deliver on strategies and targets. . 
• Ability to drive change and deliver on our improvement targets. . 
• Good communication skills and demonstrated stakeholder management abilities. . 
• Knowledge of and experience from relevant work processes and deliveries within Operation and Maintenance 
• Knowledge of and experience from clients Capital Value Process (CVP) and Project Development (PD) process. .
• Ability to and interest in collaborating on further developing and implementing competence strategies within the Project Management discipline
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset 
• Solid external orientation with the ability to engage a broad range of stakeholders 
• In-depth risk understanding and experience within risk assessment and management 
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategies into direction and actions within own area 
•  Digital competences (comfortable with using different digital solutions) preferred 
• Previous experience from project development, business development, supply chain management, finance and control, and operations and maintenance may be an advantage
