Engineering Lead

Period: 30.11.2024 – 30.12.2025

Place: Hammerfest

Work tasks

• Define engineering needs for the project 
• Establish and mobilize engineering teams in the project
• Establish structure for design activities within the project team and towards supplier(s)
• Responsible for establishing Facilities Definition Package, (design basis, technical requirements and scope of work)
• Responsible for preparing engineering documentation in accordance with the project's delivery requirements 
• Follow-up of supplier's activities and progress
• Ensure that the company's requirements are understood by the supplier and implemented in the design
• Manage scope changes, quality control and deviation handling
• Ensure interface management between disciplines and project actors 
• Contribute to planning, quality assurance (QA) activities and risk management related to engineering 
• Contribute to contract strategy and tender evaluations
• Contribute to the establishment of the Assignment Agreement

Desired qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as an Engineering Manager in oil and gas. 
• knowledge of relevant management systems
