HVAC Work Preparation

Work tasks:

• Create and issue work packs for fabrication and installation
• Be familiar with the project plan for own area of responsibility.
• Deliver according to plan
• Ensure all material required for the job is connected and reserved
• Ensure all the tasks included in the job with sufficient hours to perform
• Ensure all necessary drawings are connected and make sure that the latest drawings are connected 
• Be proactive to request missing information when required
• Identify and report to Line Manager wrong/missing information in drawings
• Make sure that the correct approval steps are included in the job pack 
• Inform the Line Manager as soon as possible of any concerns or delays
• Contribute to develop a high technical skill within the area of work
• Send work pack to Hall planner when material is available
• Perform IDC checking on respective discipline Work
• Other HVAC related work will occur

Qualifications:

• HVAC engineer with minimum 5 years experience with O&G projects.
• Good knowledge of relevant standards ISO and Norsok
• Good commercial mindset and solution oriented
• Contribute to the work prep team as a good team player
• Good communication skills in Norwegian and English
• High focus within Quality and HSE

Duration: 

• 12 months with possible extension 

Language:

• English – Required
• Norwegian (or Scandinavian) – Preferred
