Logistics coordinator

Description of project/department:

Period: 31.12.2024 – 28.08.2025

Location: Bergen – Sandsli

The Air Operations and Personnel Logistics department is responsible for the following operations:

• Resource coordination and optimization of transport helicopters and charter flights 
• Personnel logistics 
• Requisition air transport services in operation Deliverables: Safe and efficient helicopter and personnel logistics

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Resource coordination and optimization of transport helicopters and charter flights 
• Personnel logistics including offshore readiness overview, optimization and overview of today's flights
• Operational operation of transport helicopter and resource coordination 
• Develop and improve logistics services including optimization 
• Request air transport services in operation 

Competence requirements:

• Interest in/experience with optimization issues
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in logistics (aviation), economics or IT 
• Relevant experience can compensate for formal competency requirements 
• Applicants must be fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken. 
• Desirable with experience from a traffic center/operations center within the aviation industry/experience from traffic planning from the aviation industry (aircraft/helicopter company)
