Senior Process Engineer

Contract period: 03.02.2025 – 31.12.2026

Location: Bergen

Job duties:

• Process engineer with experience from modification work on the Norwegian continental shelf.
• The position must be able to bear responsibility for processes in own projects, as well as assistance and collaboration within the discipline.
• Participation in studies and projects as a senior process engineer
• Responsibility for UFD, PFD and P&ID
• Sizing of process equipment
• Process simulations
• Preparation of documentation, reports and work packages

Qualifications:

• Master's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 5-10 years of experience in oil and gas related business
• Experience from working with maintenance and modification work
• Good knowledge of offshore process systems,
• Experience with simulation tools such as HYSYS and Flarenet
• Experience with drawing in Microstation
• Good knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as PTIL, NORSOK and API standards
• Ability to work both independently and in groups
• Multidisciplinary understanding and good collaboration skills
• Proactive and committed, seeking out others for advice and being able to share your own experience
• Good knowledge of Norwegian
• Basic safety course and health certificate
