Senior Subsea Engineer

Typical tasks (depending on previous experience):

• Securing the subsea field is taken into account in the new production optimization tools being developed. 
• Develop ideas for the best possible operation of the subsea installations, taking into account production and framework conditions given for the subsea installations
• Continuously search for opportunities to optimize the subsea facility in terms of production efficiency.
• Lead subsea initiatives that can enable the increase of existing operating limits using systematic processes.
• Contribute to integrating the subsea discipline into the Integrated Operations Center (IOC) to maximize efficiency for the production optimization team in operations.
• Support the clean-up and start-up teams from a subsea perspective, including subsea input against associated procedure sets.
• Contribute to the preparation of procedures for normal operations. Support procedure execution directly in the control room during the start-up phase.
• Support handover from project to operation 
• Participate in operational risk assessments

Competence and qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years subsea operational experience.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree 
• Relevant experience can compensate for education
• Requirements for fluency in Norwegian and good English, both spoken and written.
