The role requires you to combine broad operational insight with a strong strategic and commercial mindset – and the ability to work both hands-on and at a senior level.
You will gain comprehensive ownership of the supply chain – from supplier strategy and purchasing to logistics, inventory management, customs and ERP – and become an important sparring partner for management on issues affecting both finances, growth and risk management.

- Further development and professionalization of the function in line with the company's international growth
- Development and implementation of purchasing strategies that balance cost, quality and delivery reliability
- Management of global trade operations – including large-scale import/export, Incoterms, Letters of Credit, IOR and customs/duty optimization
- Optimization of warehouse and distribution solutions, both internally and via external partners
- Effective use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management – ensuring integration across projects, inventory, purchasing and demand
- Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements and drive sustainability and responsible trade initiatives
- Close collaboration with corporate management and business areas to ensure that the value chain supports overall goals
We are looking for you who have:
- Solid management experience from complex, international value chains - preferably in technology-intensive or project-based businesses
- Deep understanding of global trade and supply chain processes – including Incoterms, Letters of Credit, IOR and customs
- Experience with ERP systems and SCM functionality – especially Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Strategic and analytical approach – combined with the ability to implement and follow up operationally
- Strong leadership skills – you build robust teams and create progress across culture and location
- Commercial acumen and understanding of how an efficient value chain contributes to profitability and competitiveness
Why this role?
This is a unique opportunity for you who want to take overall ownership of a complex and global Supply Chain function – and shape how it will look in the future. You will be part of an ambitious company with high technological maturity and a close link between business strategy and operational operations. Here you will have a great degree of freedom, visibility and influence.
