Job duties:

  • Payroll work (timesheets, travel expenses, payment certificates, etc.)
  • Responsible for contracts for cleaning, coffee machines, canteen, caretaker etc.
  • Purchasing corporate gifts 
  • Arranging small and large events such as Christmas parties, summer parties, etc.
  • Onboarding of new employees
  • Offboarding of employees who leave
  • Various administrative tasks

Desired experience

  • Experience with paid work
  • Administration experience

We are looking for a sociable, service-minded person who likes to organize, has a high level of service and works well with varied tasks. You must like to have several things going on at the same time, and deal with many different people and routines, and be independent.
