The tasks will be versatile with a focus on:
- Network: operation, installation and troubleshooting/correction.
- PC: troubleshooting, repair and building/upgrading.
- MS365: installation, troubleshooting
- Service: Either via remote assistance or at the customer's premises. Printer setup, troubleshooting/correction.
The person will work both in the store/workshop and out with customers with varying tasks. If you have also worked in sales, that's great.
- Also desirable is experience in web design.
This is a total supplier that wants to be able to help the customer with as many of the challenges they have within IT as possible.
