Blár unites innovation and sustainability to take the aquaculture industry to new heights. With our Octopus technology solution, we have developed subsea pull-down systems that improve fish health, reduce biological risk and provide greater flexibility – whether in fjords, along harsh coastal areas or offshore. Blár is organized around two complementary subsidiaries:

• Blár Technology AS: Owns technology and platform for development, protection and commercialization of the Octopus technology.
• Blár Operations AS: Owner of concessions and locations, responsible for production concepts and partnerships.

Role: Senior Project Manager – Blár Technology

Areas of responsibility:

• Project management for pilots, test programs and technology deliveries
• Coordination of suppliers, customers and internal resources
• Responsibility for progress, cost, quality and risk
• Ensure structured handover to customer or Blár Operations
• Ongoing reporting to CEO and CTO

Background and experience:

• Project management experience from technology or industrial projects
• Experience in coordinating multiple stakeholders, suppliers and internal teams
• Ability to structure, lead and follow up projects in growth companies
• Commercial focus with clear cost awareness and business acumen
• Practical approach combined with good reporting and communication skills
• Documented ability to execute
