About Blue

Blár unites innovation and sustainability to take the aquaculture industry to new heights. With our Octopus technology solution, we have developed subsea pull-down systems that improve fish health, reduce biological risk and provide greater flexibility – whether in fjords, along harsh coastal areas or offshore. Blár is organized around two complementary subsidiaries:

• Blár Technology AS: Owns technology and platform for development, protection and commercialization of the Octopus technology.
• Blár Operations AS: Owner of concessions and locations, responsible for production concepts and partnerships.

Rolle: Leder for partnerskap og leverandører – Blár Technology (Ref. 1003)

Areas of responsibility:

• Etablere og følge opp strategiske relasjoner med utstyrsleverandører og teknologipartnere
• Koordinere totale systemleveranser på vegne av Blár
• Utvikle kommersielle modeller og insentiver med leverandører
• Sikre at leveranser møter Blárs tekniske og kommersielle krav
• Tett samarbeid med CTO og prosjektleder

Background and experience:

• Erfaring med strategiske partnerskap og leverandørstyring i sammensatte verdikjeder
• Resultater fra koordinering av systembaserte leveranser
• God kommersiell forståelse, herunder kontraktsmodeller og insentiver
• Erfaring fra skjæringspunktet mellom teknologi, drift og kommersielle funksjoner
• Evne til å bygge langsiktige og tillitsbaserte relasjoner med industripartnere
• Høy grad av struktur, engasjement og gjennomføringsevne
