We are now looking for a Technical Engineer, Stamping Coordinator, Static Mechanical. You will have overall responsibility for the subject's Stamping maintenance portfolio (planning, coordination, cost monitoring and improvement). 

Role

Planning and follow-up of the maintenance portfolio in your own field, including optimal packaging of jobs, including:  

  • Plan and follow up on corrective and condition-based maintenance.
  • Plan and follow up on preventive maintenance programs including FV release. 
  • Responsible for preparing work orders (AO). 
  • Responsible for requisitioning and following up on material deliveries for maintenance activities. 
  • Contribute to the exploitation of synergies within your own field of expertise across disciplines. 
  • Contribute to the preparation of the operational plan and be responsible for the quality of input to the AO plan from your own discipline, including coordinating across disciplines, with other units and external suppliers. 
  • Responsibility for clarifications and obtaining assistance from technical and/or external suppliers as needed. 
  • Submit input for updating the maintenance program.
  • Quality-assured basis for HSE and risk assessments.
  • Coordinate with operations, maintenance and external suppliers in the preparation phase. 
  • Conduct field visits to quality assure working method(s) and report the need for assistance. 
  • Responsible for ensuring that the chosen method is cost / benefit assessed, including assessment of alternative / new repair methods. 
  • Responsible for contributing to own competence development. 
  • Responsible for continuously developing common best practices, cross-learning, implementing improvements and utilizing digital tools.

Qualifications

  • Norwegian vocational certificate or bachelor's degree in one or more mechanical fields.
  • Good knowledge of rules, regulations, standards and technical requirements in the relevant field.
  • General IT knowledge and open to new digital solutions.
  • High degree of responsibility and ability to make independent decisions.
  • Willingness to learn and develop, as well as to take the initiative for improvement.
  • Good knowledge of Scandinavian languages, spoken and written.
  • Structured, flexible, with good social and collaboration skills.

Contract duration: 15.05.2026(by agreement)-30.12.2026
