The difference between recruitment and staffing is that with staffing, the candidate is employed by us while they perform the job in your company.

You tell us what you need, and we present several qualified candidates for you to interview. We hire, and you pay based on an approved timesheet.

Our process

  1. Job advertisement: We help you create a job advertisement and post it on our own website, social media channels and Finn.no.
  2. Applicants: We handle applications as we receive them, and complete the first screening on your behalf. Here you can decide how involved you would like to be; if you would like to see all applicants, or only those we consider to be relevant.
  3. Interview: We complete the first round of interviews alone or in collaboration with you to find out if the candidate is qualified for the job and if they are a good fit for your company. The second round of interviews is done at your premises, so you can meet all the candidates in person.
  4. Personality test. We are certified in two different personality tests: CUTE and NEO (also known as the "Big 5"). If you want to delve into the candidates' personality or test for certain characteristics, this is a great solution.   5. Reference check. We conduct thorough reference checks after the interview, so you can feel confident when choosing your next employee.
