Tests/Profile analyses

We are certified in the Aon Assessment (also known as CUTE) and NEO (also known as the »Big 5”) personality tests.

Aon Assessment (formerly CUT-E)

Aon Assessment tests can be used to measure abilities and skills, as well as to conduct personality and motivation mapping. It is possible to use these two categories of tests separately or to combine them, depending on what is appropriate for the process.

Aon Assessment Ability and skill tests are tests that measure reasoning, specific abilities or skills such as concentration, for example the ability to make logical inferences, text comprehension, number comprehension, etc.

When it comes to personality and motivation mapping, being able to predict how others will act and behave in the workplace is of great value when making informed choices. Aon's work-related personality tests measure personality dimensions that are relevant to the workplace and evaluate qualities such as willingness to cooperate, ambition and sensitivity.

Online assessment has clear advantages over traditional assessment. First, no administrators are required in the online solution. This means that gut feeling is not a factor when taking the test or when it is scored. Online assessment is therefore highly objective. Second, online assessment can predict how well a candidate is suited to a specific position, with a relatively high degree of accuracy.

The tests are certified by DNV-GL.

NEO – Big 5

As known from the NRK podcast "That's How You Are" with Harald Eia and Nils Brenna

The NEO personality inventory measures five comprehensive dimensions of personality. The answers/ratings you have given to the statements in the test regarding your thoughts, feelings and goals are compared with other people's answers to the same statements. This forms the basis for a description of your personality. The model used is called the Five-Factor Model. The test is certified by DNV GL.

NEO is designed to measure individual differences in the normal population.

It is not an intelligence or aptitude test, nor is it designed to diagnose mental health problems or adjustment difficulties. However, it will give you some ideas about what makes you or your job candidate unique in the way you think, feel, and interact with others.

The feedback is intended to provide a general idea of how personality can be described.

There is a full-scale profile with 240 questions, and a less nuanced profile (which is often used in a job context) with 70 questions.

We also use a separate test to create a profile for specific positions.. So that when we recruit, we know which qualities are important to possess in the particular job we are recruiting for. This is very useful in a selection process – both for the person who is going to hire and for the person who is going to be hired. The test is available in most languages. Feedback is given in either Norwegian or English.

Again we think "«right person in the right place».
