Application Manager

We are seeking a functional SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) consultant to join our clients SAP Finance team. The role focuses on core Financial Accounting processes, functional ownership of the FI domain, and close collaboration with Finance users who primarily work through SAP Fiori applications.

Main tasks:

Act as the functional expert for SAP S/4HANA FI, covering:

• General Ledger
• Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• Asset Accounting
• Period-end close and financial reporting
• Provide 2nd/3rd line functional support, including incident analysis and resolution
• Translate business requirements into functional designs and S/4HANA configurations
• Drive and support change requests, enhancements, and minor projects

Actively support and improve SAP Fiori apps used by Finance end users:

• Requirements clarification
• App selection, testing, and adoption
• Collaboration with technical teams on UX and performance
• Support testing activities (unit, integration, UAT) and ensure solution quality
• Work closely with Finance stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors

Qualifications:

• Solid hands-on experience as a functional SAP S/4HANA FI consultant
• Strong understanding of financial accounting processes and principles
• Experience working with SAP Fiori as the primary user interface
• Good understanding of FI integrations with other SAP modules and external systems
• Ability to communicate effectively with both Finance users and technical teams
• Joint Venture Accounting (JVA) knowledge is an advantage, but not a requirement
