Assistant Drilling and Well Supervisor

We are searching for a Assistant Drilling and Well supervisor (night) for an attractive client. Offshore with sporadic onshore work.

Tasks:

• Responsible for ensuring that the operations on the drilling rig / intervention site are planned and implemented in accordance with the employers governing documents, goals and strategies, as well as statutory and regulatory requirements. 
• The Assistant Drilling and Well Supervisors’ products are drilled and completed wells, intervention/recompletion of existing/old wells as well as plug and abandonment of wells. 
• Responsible for ensuring that the product is delivered according to safety standard, compliance with the programs, on schedule, within agreed cost, and in accordance with current work processes.

Qualifications:

• University or higher technical education. Relevant experience may compensate for missing education. 
• IWCF certified for Drilling and/or Intervention. IWCF level 3/4 (IADC certification not accepted). 
• Experience from offshore operations. 
• Recent and relevant operational experience in Drilling and Completion operations and/or Intervention operations. 
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. 
• Good English writing and oral skills. 
• Emergency preparedness and response course.
