ATS Coordinator

Contract period: 01.02.2025 – 31.12.2026

Location: Bergen

Job duties:

• Ordering, coordination, follow-up and booking of personnel going by helicopter Offshore 
• Collaborate with the projects to ensure optimal mobilization
• Follow up in the company's systems and DaWinci
• Ensure that personnel have the right courses/certificates before departure
• Assist in the SCM department with other tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Advantage with experience from DaWinci
• Experience from similar tasks is desirable, but training will be provided.
• The person must be precise and structured.
• Good collaboration skills
• Flexible as there are many changes in periods for helicopter bookings
• Desirable to have completed a DaWinci course
