Work Tasks

  • Support preparation of cost estimates, cost data structures, benchmarking inputs, basis of estimate and reporting material.
  • Contribute to cost analysis, trending, quantity development, or cost control activities depending on background.
  • Review cost-related inputs delivered by contractors, internal business units, or alliance partners.
  • Support multidisciplinary project teams and contribute to robust, data-driven cost deliverables.
  • Drive digitalisation initiatives related to cost workflows, models, and data handling.
  • Develop and improve Excel based models, including advanced formulas, structured data, and workflow optimisation.
  • Participate in close-out activities and support strengthening of the clients internal cost and experience databases.
  • Ensure adherence to the clients processes, procedures, and digital strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Finance or another relevant discipline.
  • Experience from cost estimation or cost control in oil and gas projects.
  • Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas, structured modelling, and data handling.
  • Experience with digital tools, automation, workflow optimisation, or data modelling is highly beneficial.
  • Experience with cost analysis is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills in English. Norwegian is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated interest in digitalisation, artificial intelligence, and modern ways of working.
