Field Engineer White Trades

Duties and responsibilities

• EIT & ATEX inspection
• Be familiar with project Completion requirements and project Design (Specs/P&ID/SLD/Block Diagram/Loops/IO’s) and project system boundaries.
• Ensure to be familiar with and comply to HSE-requirements outlined in the contract and by the client.
• Review JC’s and perform required updates prior release to Construction.
• Monitor and verify scoping in AKSO PIMS regarding ROS MC packs.
• Perform physical punching per job package in cooperation with construction discipline.
• Responsible for punch update in AKSO PIMS accordance to internal Punch routines.
• Arrange formal walkdowns with company’s rep. for signing of MCC and RFOC
• Contribute to develop a high technical skill within the discipline.

Specific activities and responsibilities

• Field inspection EIT equipment.
• Prepare discipline input to weekly and monthly status report according to project requirements.

 INTERFACE AND CO-ORDINATION

• Technical interface to other discipline engineers, construction, plan, and have close liaison with client.
• Provide a good working environment within her area of responsibility.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Technical education or DSB approval
• Technical background 
• Significant technical experience in EIT
• ATEX courses 3+2 or certification
• Updated FSE+HLR
• Experience from equivalent work from project or base 
• Ambitious towards goals and systematic in management of multidiscipline work

Personal skills and experience may compensate for some lack of formal education
