Logistic Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Purchasing and supply chain related client product and project coordination:
  • Coordinate activities for projects across Europe for the supply team members based in Norway, including placing orders, booking shipments.
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure they are informed about changes and status for deliveries and shipping schedules.
  • Coordinate with the global supply chain team 
  • Follow up with suppliers and partners on processes, pricing, and deployment models
  • Actively update manufacturers pricing on the MS Dynamics 365 ERP system to ensure pricing is current and accurate. 

Warehouse and inventory:

  • Monitor inventory levels for warehouse location, coordinate replenishments
  • Reporting inventory levels monthly, conducting cycle counts and end of quarter stock valuations.

 Requirements/Qualifications:

  • A professional attitude and respectful attire are required.
  • Experience working with ERP systems – Microsoft Dynamics would be an advantage.
  • Experience with Windows platform tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Experience or understanding of the Audio-Visual or IT Industry would be valued.
  • Ability to exercise creative thinking to advance business performance
  • Technical interest and understanding – willingness to learn new skills.
  • Detail oriented and organized, good customer service skills.
  • Good oral and written communication skill. English is the work language. 
  • Be able to demonstrate problem solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
