Senior Electrical Engineer

Tasks and responsibilities

• Electrical design for study and tendering phases for HVDC & HVAC offshore wind projects.
• Verification of design from previous study phases.
• Development of philosophies, single line diagrams, load list and cable list according to company specifications, Client requirements, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Participate in and arrange meetings, workshops and reviews for electrical discipline.
• Interface to other disciplines, suppliers and client.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree, Bachelor or higher.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience from electrical system engineering.
• Experience from Offshore Wind projects is preferred.
• Experience from early-phase/conceptual Electrical system design a benefit.
• Efficient communicator, who communicates well in English, both orally and in writing.
• Cooperative working attitude and acceptance for multicultural team environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as in team.
• Systematic and accurate, with high loyalty to deadline and quality requirements.
• Proactive, seeks advice and shares own experiences with others.
