Senior Planning Engineer – Drilling & Wells

As a Sr Planning Engineer D&W consultant you will be a part of the department that is responsible for planning and execution of Interventions, P&A, Drilling, Completion and Subsea of new wells on Fixed platforms and Mobile installations. The D&W teams support our Well Construction Process and D&W operations with work location Stavanger & Bergen.

Roles and Responsibilities

The Engineer is responsible for planning and design work related to the planned operations. The engineer shall (but not limited to): 

• Provide the key planning for execution of Drilling & Well activities. 
• Support and follow-up of ongoing daily operations 
• Perform experience transfer and well reporting 
• Work in teams with other disciplines, perform method selection, risk assessment, evaluate and recommend required equipment. 
• Offshore traveling on request 

Qualifications

• Master or bachelor’s degree within relevant technical disciplines 
• Valid Offshore Safety Course (required for some roles) 
• Valid IWCF (required for some roles) 
• Compliance/Completion to internal competence requirement

Contract period: 05.01.2026(after agreement)-03.01.2027, option period 2×6 months
