This position belongs to team Data Management – Information Management. In Information Management we provide efficient operations, supporting our customer requirements
This role will provide Information Management for maintenance, modifications and purchase orders in Operations.
Core duties:
- Define and perform activities to efficiently and systematically manage information from vendors and Assets. This includes revision control, retention requirements and review/approval workflows if needed.
- Provide guidance and support in processes and IT tools. Respond to consumers’ requests, e.g., finding, updating, categorization etc.
- Superuser for system configuration in Pims and interface to Aveva.
- Advise in lifecycle requirements for documents and metadata.
- Follow-up requests in React, Service Now and common mailboxes.
- Drive improvements within Document Management in operations to increase quality and availability.
Education & Experience:
- Higher education. Practical relevant experience and knowledge may replace formal education
- Extensive experience in document and information Management
- Regulatory competence for the petroleum industry
- Experience with Document management and LCI systems, preferably PIMS and Aveva
- User experience in Office 365 products and especially Teams and SharePoint
- Experience with digital interfaces
Skills / Abilities / Knowledge:
- Knowledge about LCI in operation
- Knowledge of E&P company’s value chain
- Solution-oriented and flexible
- Leadership experience
- Certifications or languages:
- Fluent in Norwegian language, written and spoken
- Fluent in English, written and spoken

- Structured and quality oriented
- Good communication abilities
- Strong collaboration skills and team player attitude
