Who is career guidance suitable for?

Career guidance is suitable for you if:

  • considering a change of job or direction
  • is in a restructuring or downsizing situation
  • experiencing uncertainty, stagnation or lack of motivation
  • want a professional outside perspective before making important choices

You don't have to be unemployed to benefit from career guidance.

 

Do I have to be an active job seeker?

No. Many of our clients are employed but want to make more conscious choices in their current work situation. The guidance is adapted to where you are in the process.

 

What is the difference between the four packages?

The difference lies in depth, duration and follow-up:

Do you use tests – and why?

Yes. We use work-related, quality-assured personality tests that provide a solid foundation for the interviews. The tests are not used as a definitive answer, but as a basis for the interview to:

  • increase self-awareness
  • create precise and relevant conversations
  • avoid random or hasty choices

The tests are always reviewed together with an advisor.

 

Is this therapy?

No. Career guidance is not treatment or therapy. The focus is on work, competence, motivation and choices. At the same time, we take seriously that restructuring can be demanding, and face this in a professional and respectful manner.

 

Who are the advisors?

Our advisors have:

  • solid experience from recruitment and working life
  • formal competence in career guidance
  • certification in work-related personality tests

We combine market understanding with human insight.

 

Can the employer pay?

Yes. Many people have their career guidance fully or partially covered by their employer, especially in connection with restructuring or downsizing. We can adjust billing if necessary.

 

Where do the conversations take place?

The conversations can be conducted:

  • physically, by appointment

We adapt the format to what works best for you.

 

How quickly can I start?

We can usually start within 1–2 weeks, depending on capacity. Contact us and we will find a suitable schedule.

 

What if I'm unsure which package to choose?

This is completely normal. You can contact us for a short, non-binding clarification – and we will help you choose the package that provides the most value for your situation.

 

What if I regret it?

If you withdraw before the start, the amount will be refunded in full. After the start, any adjustments will be agreed individually.
