Are you in the right job – or are you considering a career change?
Many of us end up in a profession somewhat by chance, and stay because it feels safe. But perhaps you feel like you're not using your full potential, want new challenges, or simply lack more meaning in your work life.
Through career guidance, we help you shed light on questions such as:
• Am I in the right job for the rest of my working life?
• What other options are available to me?
• Can I change direction – and is it financially realistic?
• How can I use my experience and expertise in new ways?
In a career interview, we look at your education, work experience, interests, finances, wishes and goals. You will receive help to see your strengths and map out realistic paths forward – whether it's a new job, further education, or a change within your field.
The guidance is offered through physical meetings, phone calls or Teams, and you meet a neutral and professional interlocutor with a duty of confidentiality.
