Drive quality planning and project monitoring/assurance.
Ensure experience transfer. Handling quality deviations. Drive a culture for continuous improvement within the Company Promote improvement activities.
Provide QRM related guidance, training and facilitation
Be responsible for and own QRM related systems and tools.

Desired qualifications

Bachelor's degree.
Relevant experience from oil and gas will be an advantage.
Previous experience in reporting and interacting with contractors will be an advantage.
Solution and result oriented candidates with a commercial understanding of the business operations.
Candidates capable of driving improvements, standardization and digitalisation.
Fluency in Norwegian, both oral and written.
