Drive quality and risk management awareness.
Drive quality planning and project monitoring/assurance.
Ensure experience transfer. Handling quality deviations. Drive a culture for continual improvement within Company Promote improvment activities.
Provide QRM related guidance, training and facilitation.
Be responsible for and own QRM related systems and tools.

Ønskede kvalifikasjoner

Bachelor’s degree.
Relevant experience from oil and gas will be an advantage.
Previous experience in reporting and interacting with contractors will be an advantage.
Solution and result oriented candidates with a commercial understanding of the business operations.
Candidates capable to drive improvements, standardisations and digitalisation.
Fluency in Norwegian, both oral and written.
