The resource coordinator has the daily responsibility for mobilizing personnel for their assigned projects in the cheapest possible way in accordance with received mobilization letters, and ensuring that the mobilized employees have the qualifications, courses and contracts required in accordance with applicable legislation, regulations and entered into contracts.
The Resource Coordinator will assist in achieving the department's goals, within the financial framework and budget set by the company's management. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Rotation planning for projects in the department. Ensure that personnel in the department are used optimally in relation to annual accounting and expenses related to travel/accommodation.
- The company's computer-based personnel system (OCS) must be updated with all activities at all times, as well as archive and maintain the company's central archive for personnel information.
- The Resource Coordinator is responsible for booking flights/hotels for all personnel on their assigned projects.
- The resource coordinator must ensure that personnel who are mobilized have the necessary certificates/courses, as well as that they have an employment contract and have undergone the necessary internal training.
- Responsible for ensuring that all competence/course certificates are registered in Trainingportal/OCS.
- The resource coordinator must provide information about who is the safety representative on the projects at any given time and that they have the necessary training in accordance with applicable laws and internal regulations.
- The resource coordinator is responsible for arranging necessary mandatory courses and certificates for project personnel.
- Check invoices in connection with travel/stays, and assist the operations manager with invoicing in accordance with customer contracts.
- Hiring, receiving and terminating operational personnel associated with the project
- Sickness absence follow-up/statistics
- Assist the HR manager with annual accounting for operational personnel
- General personnel management towards projects
- Layoffs/termination of operational personnel
