Description of the task:

• Assist through Audit stop and up to project

Job duties:

• Belong to the HSE/HSE Team network.
• A large part of the task is to follow up on work in the field. 
• Leading all HSE work such as Health and Working Environment, External Environment, Safety and Security. Daily contact with Operations and execution. 
• Act as an advisor to executives, supervisors and area managers. 
• Be a good HSE ambassador, culture builder and role model through your performance in the field. 
• Focus on HSE conditions before they become incidents or injuries. 
• Retrieve information from Synergy and the work permit system 
• Lead/contribute to campaigns related to HSE 

Other tasks that may be part of the position, but are flexible depending on the candidate: 

• Teaching HSE24 
• Contribute with exposure measurements in the field (noise, heat, chemicals/gas, dust) 
• Available as a resource/participation and contributor in HSE campaigns 
• Support individual sectors in HSE work and risk assessments 
• Meeting participation is adapted to the facility's meeting structure and needs. Current meetings that can be attended to varying degrees:
• Operational meetings, department meetings, whiteboard meetings, AT meetings Next day's preparation meetings in operations and maintenance HSE meetings with suppliers SJA Shift start-up meetings Network meetings with HSE/HSE Team in OPL HSE24

Competence requirements:

• Be well-versed in current HSE requirements (GL4100 and ARIS). 
• Enters cases into Synergi, as well as retrieves information from Synergi and the AT system. 
• Completed e-learning AT/SJA, and e-learning Synergy. 
• Have knowledge of the HOP principles and their practice. 
• Advantage to be able to communicate in the field in English. 
• Training will be provided to cover any gaps in competence.
