About Blue

Blár unites innovation and sustainability to take the aquaculture industry to new heights. With our Octopus technology solution, we have developed subsea pull-down systems that improve fish health, reduce biological risk and provide greater flexibility – whether in fjords, along harsh coastal areas or offshore. Blár is organized around two complementary subsidiaries:

• Blár Technology AS: Owns technology and platform for development, protection and commercialization of the Octopus technology.
• Blár Operations AS: Owner of concessions and locations, responsible for production concepts and partnerships.

Rolle: Leder for lokaliteter og stedsutvikling – Blár Operations (Ref. 2003)

Areas of responsibility:

• Utvikling, godkjenning og forvaltning av oppdrettslokaliteter
• Dialog med kommuner, fylker og lokale interessenter
• Vurdering av eksponerte og offshore-lokaliteter
• Koordinering med teknologiske og kommersielle partnere

Background and experience:

• Erfaring med lokalitetsutvikling, arealplanlegging eller lokalitetsforvaltning
• Dokumentert erfaring med godkjenning og utvikling av oppdretts- eller maritime lokaliteter
• Gode forvaltningsevner overfor kommuner og regionale aktører
• Fordel med erfaring fra vurdering av eksponerte eller offshore-lokaliteter
• Evne til tett samarbeid med tekniske og kommersielle team
• Høy grad av engasjement og gjennomføringsevne
