Accountant

Description: Responsible for the Joint Venture accounting of operated producing fields;

• Prepare and publish (L2S) monthly joint interest billings and cash calls.
• Month end close activities: check and book accruals, run settlements in SAP, final sense check (review/analysis) balance and cost in billing, cost review meetings with cost controllers. 
• Monthly reconciliation of the general ledger accounts for area of responsibility.
• Quarterly reporting to Statistics Norway (SSB).
• Internal controls.
• Ad hoc tasks/projects/queries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in finance/accounting
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience from Joint Venture accounting
• SAP experience
