Period: 30.04.2025 – 28.02.2026

14/21 rotation 

Job duties:

  • Mobilization/demobilization of personnel, own, hired + 3rd party coordination
  • Prepare information letters and mobilization information in connection with new personnel at the facility.
  • Access increase for factory/building + various IT programs in both own and customer's systems 
  • Assist with HSE reporting/HSE work
  • Control of office space, supplies, IT equipment, etc.
  • Coordinate the sending of various reports
  • Book accommodation in Camp.

 

Qualifications:

  • Relevant education
  • Long and relevant experience can compensate for lack of formal education
  • Desirable experience from projects, preferably the same type of administrative tasks.
  • Able to work in a team and handle high work pressure at times. 
  • Experience with administrative tasks
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Knowledge of SAP is desirable.
