About Blue

Blár unites innovation and sustainability to take the aquaculture industry to new heights. With our Octopus technology solution, we have developed subsea pull-down systems that improve fish health, reduce biological risk and provide greater flexibility – whether in fjords, along harsh coastal areas or offshore. Blár is organized around two complementary subsidiaries:

• Blár Technology AS: Owns technology and platform for development, protection and commercialization of the Octopus technology.
• Blár Operations AS: Owner of concessions and locations, responsible for production concepts and partnerships.

• Administrerende direktør (CEO) (Ref: 1001)
• Teknologieier og plattformselskap for Octopus-teknologien.

Areas of responsibility:

• Overordnet ledelse av Blár Technology
• Strategisk ansvar for Octopus-plattformen og teknologisatsingen
• Prioritering av utvikling og kommersialisering
• Representasjon mot styret, investorer, kunder og samarbeidspartnere
• Sørge for tett samarbeid med Blár Operations, slik at teknologien møter operative behov

Background and experience:

• Ledererfaring fra teknologidrevne selskaper, gjerne innen havbruk, offshore, maritim eller industri
• Dokumentert evne til å bygge, skalere og kommersialisere teknologiplattformer
• Erfaring med styrearbeid, investorer og strategiske samarbeid
• God forståelse for hvordan teknologistrategi gir kommersielle verdier
• Evne til å lede fagmiljøer og eksterne partnere
• Personlig drivkraft, troverdighet og langsiktig engasjement
