About Blue

Blár unites innovation and sustainability to take the aquaculture industry to new heights. With our Octopus technology solution, we have developed subsea pull-down systems that improve fish health, reduce biological risk and provide greater flexibility – whether in fjords, along harsh coastal areas or offshore. Blár is organized around two complementary subsidiaries:

• Blár Technology AS: Owns technology and platform for development, protection and commercialization of the Octopus technology.
• Blár Operations AS: Owner of concessions and locations, responsible for production concepts and partnerships.

Rolle: AI-aktivering og digital innovasjon – Blár Technology (Ref. 1006)

AI Enablement and Digital Innovation Manager har ansvar for å integrere kunstig intelligens og digitale verktøy i hele Blár-organisasjonen. Rollen sikrer at Blár ligger i front på AI-området og omsetter ny teknologi til praktiske, sikre og verdiskapende løsninger for utvikling, drift, administrasjon og kommunikasjon.

Areas of responsibility:

• Overvåke og vurdere nye AI-verktøy
• Drive innføring og bruk av AI i Blár
• Opplæring i AI for ansatte og ledelse
• Tilpasse AI til ingeniørarbeid, prosjektstyring og administrasjon
• Støtte Octopus-teknologien med AI-baserte prosesser
• Etablere beste praksis for ansvarlig AI-bruk
• Rådgivning på AI-strategi og prosessforbedring
• Bidra til digitale og sosiale medier, inkludert web-plattformer
• Koordinere og utvikle SOME-innhold og engasjement
• Samarbeide om innhold og brukeropplevelse på digitale flater

Profil

• Erfaring med AI-verktøy, digitale medier og web
• Oppdatert på ny teknologi og digital kommunikasjon
• Pedagogisk og erfaren i opplæring og innholdsproduksjon
• God forståelse for teknologiens rolle i organisasjoner
• Engasjert og nysgjerrig på digitale flater og innovasjon
