Construction Lead

Job duties:

Onshore:

• Be an active resource for the high activity team in the planning phase, and help ensure that the activity set for the high activity period is clearly defined, well prepared and that SIMOPS assessments are made to the greatest extent possible in advance of the flotilla period.
• The position will have a special responsibility for ensuring that all jobs in the activity set are given a priority in advance of the high activity period and, together with the HAP manager, ensure that this priority is anchored in both the onshore and offshore organization.

Offshore:

• Be part of the management in the execution and follow-up of activities on board during the high activity period in accordance with the company's management system and best practices.
• Ensure that HAP activities are well prepared, prioritized and compatible with other operations.
• Manage changes in plans and be a liaison between offshore and onshore.
• Contribute to SIMOPS assessments and ensure good documentation and risk management.
• Participation in work permit meetings and management meetings, leading 72 hour meeting
• Responsible for HAP reporting.
• Participate in weekly coordination meetings and present jobs that require coordination.
• Participate in quality assurance, risk assessments and facilitation of implementation of operational plans

Qualifications:

• MSc or BSc engineering, experience can make up for lack of formal education.
• Minimum 5 years of experience from operational activities, preferably with interdisciplinary coordination.
• Good knowledge of work permit systems and SIMOPS.
• Proficient in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.

Location:

Stavanger (01.02.-28.02.26), then 2/4 rotation Offshore (01.03.-31-08.26)
