Job description

• Be an active driver of SSU work in the field in collaboration with suppliers and operations 
• Daily documented rounds of the facility to ensure that HSE becomes a natural part of the work 
• Morning and afternoon meetings with suppliers' HSE resources to ensure an aligned approach 
• Ensure that HSE requirements are made known and complied with 
• Participate in TBT and conduct field training 
• Prepare weekly TBT information in relation to agreed risk areas in collaboration with suppliers 
• Be a driver of the check and act culture 
• Follow up on the implementation of SSU measures in AT 
• Participate and organize inspection rounds 
• Contribute actively to daily board meetings 
• Drive efforts to prevent falling objects, including ice/snow. 
• Be a positive safety coach

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in similar work
• Current education within HSE
