HMSS coordinator

Job duties:

• Follow up on HSE in projects
• Be proactive and work systematically with preventive HSE work
• Participate in risk assessments, safe job analyses, pre-job interviews, safety rounds and HSE meetings
• Collaborate with the security service in the project
• Motivate personnel to contribute to preventive HSE work, such as HSE reporting of observations and incidents and case processing of HSE reports

Ønskede kvalifikasjoner:

• Education in HSE is desirable, but relevant experience can compensate for formal education.
• Relevant experience from petroleum-related / renewable-related project work / or construction
• Good language skills in Norwegian and English.
• Good collaboration skills
• Knowledge of and ability to use Microsoft Office programs.
• Fordel med kjennskap til Synergi
• Case processing of adverse events and observations.
• Work on risk management.

Personlig egenskaper:

• The person must be outgoing and proactive, and have the ability to talk to all types of people.
• They should ask open questions and be friendly and welcoming, but also firm if they experience/see violations in the field, and dare to intervene. 
• Most of the working time will be spent out in the field.
• Report to HSE manager in project

Arbeidstid:

• Rotasjon 14/21 – dag og kveld
• Arbeidsted: Hammerfest
